Apprenticeship as a precision mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in toolmaking
In 3.5 years, you will learn everything there is to know about toolmaking and metalworking. In addition to exciting projects and an attractive apprenticeship salary, we offer you a varied working environment with flexible working hours and above-average holidays
- Production of components with hand-held tools (drilling, filing, sawing, grinding)
- Production of components with machines (milling machines, grinding machines, lathes, drilling machines)
- Manual assembly of small assemblies (e.g. column press) through to large injection moulding tools
- Programming and manufacturing on numerically controlled machine tools
- Planning and organising computer-aided manufacturing (CAM programming)
- Basics of computer-aided design (CAD)
- Production and maintenance of injection moulding tools
- Creating technical drawings (by hand and on the PC)
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Successfully completed school education
- Interest in science and technology
- Desire for practical work and manual skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
